Using the WOL exercise, we will delve into every area of your life and and explore what is missing in order for you to be living the life of a balanced, happy single person. Then we will create an actionable step by step plan to bring all areas into balance, moving you strongly towards the life of your dreams, and putting you in a position to attract a partner who also has their life in order.
We will also explore strategies for dealing with loneliness when it arises, in healthy supportive ways.
